Service rating :

Excellent service, everything was well organised for our group which made for a stress-free experience. The local Guides were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. I did find the experience of having to tip the guides personally rather uncomfortable and would have been happy for this to be paid for in advance as part of the holiday cost.

Product :

Both hotels were excellent and the facilities and meals were perfect for our needs. The tours were outstanding and the local guides were always on hand to explain the history and the culture. A truly amazing and unforgettable experience which I would hope to repeat.

The national guide was fantastic and helped make the most of the wonderfull sights. He had a number of challenges but did well to overcome problems with agreement from the group.

The holiday would have been excellent if the restaurants had been given more consideration Shanghai was lovelly but the whole group was disappointed with standards in this beautiful city in what should have been the highlight end to a great trip.

Every thing was expected . Jacky went out of his way, to please us all. Knew what he was doing.

we were supprised how much we were able to see and do. everything ran so smoothly.

Jason, our tour guide, was excellent and did far more for our group than one would have expected from a tour guide. We were looked after in a friendly, professional manner and nothing was too much trouble for Jason. He made the whole tour run smoothly.

We enjoyed the tour - my only criticism would be that we were so busy that we had hardly any independent time to go shopping etc. it would have been nice to have had half a day on our own and Jason could have advised us where to go. The service in the restaurant at the hotel in Beijing was dreadful and it was also expensive. Average waiting time for a meal was around 45 minutes.

We thought the service provided by Wendy Wu I.e. Guide,drivers and transport was excellent and the Hotel in Xian was very good. Sadly the hotell in Beijing was a bit tired but adequate and we understand that
prices are much higher in Beijing.

Product :

Overall the tour was very good and enhanced by Jason who was a consummate guide. One small criticism would be to drop the Herbal Market and spend more time in the Muslim Quarter.

everything was planned to perfection. we were worried about going into airports of course because of the language barrier but everybody in the Wendy Wu tours were excellent in their help, coming right into the airports and guiding us at every step. Recommend Wendy Wu anytime!!
